Returns, Exchange and Cancellation Policy


CelebrationTablecloths makes every attempt to fill your order promptly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please try to do so immediately.


There will be no cancellation fee if your order has not shipped. However, if your order has shipped and we are not able to cancel your order, you are responsible for the purchase and shipping.
If you receive your linens in an unsatisfactory condition or there is a defect, we will replace the items for you at no charge.


If you receive what you requested and simply decide that you want to return it, a 30% restocking fee will apply.


If you need to exchange your unused order for a different size, the restocking fee will be waived, however, you are responsible for all shipping charges.


No returns are accepted for custom-size orders which are considered any size not on our website.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


You need a Return Authorization (RA) number to return all or any part of your order.


Please go to “Contact” on our website and email us at info@celebrationtablecloths.com; to obtain your RA number within 24 hours of receiving your order. We cannot process returns without a Return Authorization (RA) number, and all returns are subject to approval upon inspection.


All returns will be processed according to the following guidelines:

 All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 All returns must be unused and in the original packaging.

 All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days.

 All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

 All returns must have the RA number marked on the outside of the shipping package.

 Original shipping charges are not refundable and customer is also responsible for shipping charges on the return.
 If we made an error in production or shipping, a call tag will be sent and the error will be corrected.
